Maggie is a seventeen year old girl who's had a bad year. She was smart and on track but then her mom left, her dad is depressed, she's graduating, barely, and her boyfriend of almost three years dumped her for a college football scholarship. Lately she thinks life is all about hanging on by a thread and is gripping tight with everything she has.

Then she meets Caleb. She saves his life and instantly knows there's something about him that's intriguing but she is supposed to be on her way to a date with his cousin. But things change when they touch, sparks ignite. Literally.

They imprint with each other and she sees their future life together flash before her eyes. She learns that not only is she his soul mate, and can feel his heartbeat in her chest, but there is a whole other world of people with gifts and abilities that she never knew existed. She herself is experiencing supernatural changes unlike anything she's ever felt before and she needs the touch of his skin to survive.

Now, not only has her dad come out of his depression to be a father again, and a pain as well, but Caleb's enemies know he's imprinted and are after Maggie to stop them both from gaining their abilities and take her from him.

Can Caleb save her or will they be forced to live without each other after just finding one another?

The first book Significance introduce us into the story. I've read it, but I haven't write a proper review per se, so I decided to include a short one here. It was a good read, but I very much prefer the second one ;)

So in Significance Meggie and Caleb have met and they imprinted. He is an Ace and she is human. It' very rare for a human to imprint to an Ace. The story tell us how the get to know each other and how Caleb helps Meggie to discover this new incredible supernatural world, that she never tought existed. But of course, with the beautiful romance and love and real caring family comes also danger for Maggie. There is a lot of action that will make you so anxious, that you won't be able to put the book down!

In the sequel, Maggie learns much more about all the strange things that happened to her, and has to face new ones. She rebels against it, but ultimately, must face it for her new families sake and maybe even her life. Bish went from being her biggest supporter to her biggest pain in the butt and Kyle's intentions to attract her interest may not be so innocent. Caleb and Maggie face many new obstacles together and fight to work through them but will one that should be a good thing be too much for Maggie to handle?

Ok, I need to say this, seriously, I am in love with this cover. I read the serie because of the covers. They are gorgeous! If I could, I would put this one on my wall in the room <3

"Woow. The only thing I can say for now it's WOW." - immediately after I finished the book. So, an hour after reading the book and I came back to my sense, I can start this review.

Accordance was absolutelly amazing. I loved it! It may be that I prefer this one to the first one, because I was already into the story and into their particular supernatural world. So I haven't got any troubles understanding their rules, traditions, powers..

This time the story is put in another environment, not Tennessee anymore, but California. Meggie and Caleb needed to go away from home due to her kidnapping by the rival Watson clan. The two of them finally tought they found some piece for each other, when her brother Bish and Kyle show up.

As a character Meggie has grown a lot, she isn't the girl who graduated at 17 anymore. She is powerful and more confident. Caleb, I couldn't believe it, but his love and adoration for Maggie had grown even more. They are completely in love with each other and their getting along and their talking and reading each other mind is perfect. I loved it! First I was a bit irritated by that, because come on, you can't have a boyfriend and not be able to have a fight with him?! Where is the excitement? Hehe, that's just my view :P I was so proud of Maggie in this book, because she showed me, that she can stand for herself when she wants to.

Maggie needs to face also another problem. Her brother Bish. She tought she solved all her problems when she told her father the truth, but with Bish in the way it's difficult to hide the truth from him. He's becoming more suspicious day by day. Maggie is faced with a new challenge that comes with her new powers. She feels a lot of pressure about her brother, about her powers, about being kidnapped again by the Watsons, about everything. She is so stressed out, she is losing it.

Accordance was an awfully amazing read which will left you crave for more! There is romance and there is lots of action. But most of all, this book teach us that even if we are scared or we feel insecure, we must accept the responsibility that had been given to us. And we must fight for the ones we love and care about.

“I don’t know what you’re running from, Maggie. But I get the feeling that you should be embracing it. You can’t run from destiny.”
So, if you haven't read this serie yet, and you want some good Paranormal Romance with a love story so sweet you can melt in it, then I highly suggest you to read the Significance serie ;) It's worth it!
